Proud to be an alumni of the Marlins and Dennis' Menaces, Carolyn begins her 3rd year as assistant coach. She looks forward to sharing her experience with the Junior and Senior teams.
During the summer, Carolyn is Pool Director at Mt. Kisco Memorial Pool, where several Marlins, past and present, are employed. She is currently serving her second term as President of the Northern Westchester Swim Conference, where she has been Vice President, and Corresponding Secretary. Recently, she has been elected to serve on the board of the Westchester County Swim Association. Carolyn looks forward to assisting with the organization of and celebrating the 75th anniversary meet in the summer of 2000.
In addition, Carolyn holds a number of American Red Cross certifications. These include: Instructor Trainer in Lifeguarding, Water Safety, CPR, First Aid and Safety Training for Swim Coaches. She also holds numerous Instructor level certifications. One of her proudest achievements was to be awarded the American Red Cross Health & Safety "Special Citation for Exceptional Volunteer Service" in 1996.
Carolyn and her husband Greg, enjoy watching their son Erik, successfully compete for the Marlins as a 5th year member of the team.
Carolyn will miss the coziness of the old pool where she swam, but is excited for the many fun times and fast swims to come, in the new pool. G.L.S.F!!
