Saturday, March 22:

Finals:
Kim Holden, who swam best times every time she entered the water at the NCSA Junior Nationals, finished in 3rd place in the 50 m backstroke with a team record time of 29.58L

The Girls "A" 400 medley relay of Kim Holden, Alexandra Gorki, Steffi Niessl and Ali Polhill won the Consolation Final and finished in 9th place overall with a Team Record time of 4:23.84L. Kim led off the backstroke leg in 1:05.11L; Alexandra swam the breaststroke in 1:15.23L; Steffi swam the butterfly in 1:03.29L; and Ali swam the freestyle leg in 1:00.11L.

Prelims:
Kim Holden qualified 8th in the 50 back (26.55).
Also swimming the 50 back were
Ali Polhill (27.62), and Steffi Niessl (27.76).
Steffi Niessl went 24.57 in the 50 free and Ali Polhill went 24.87.
The Girls "A" medley relay set new Team Record and Metro Record and qualified in 11th place with a time of 3:50.64.
Kim swam the backstroke leg in a team record time of 55.97; Alex went 1:05.87 in the breaststroke; Steffi went 56.15 in the fly; and Ali anchored with a 52.65 in the free. The time in the relay also qualifies for the Summer USA Swimming Junior Nationals that will be held in August in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
The "B" relay went 4:01.35 with
Dani (1:00.50), Racquel (1:07.92), Maddy (59.12) and Betsy (53.81).
The Boys 400 medley went 3:36.32 with
Braden in the back (54.88), Drew in the breast (1:00.07), Jared in the fly (53.58) and James in the free (47.79).

Friday, March 21:

Finals:
Kim finished 6th in the 100 m backstroke with a team record and Summer Junior National time of 1:04.91L

Kim also placed 19th in the Bonus final of the 100 m butterfly in a team record and Summer Juniors time of 1:03.18L
Steffi finished 20th in the 100 m butterfly with a Summer Juniors and personal best time of 1:03.21L

Prelims:
Kim Holden qualified tied for 7th for the Championship Final in the 100 back with a Team record and Summer Junior Nationals time of 56.44.
... Also in the 100 back:
Dani went 1:00.38, Ali 59.77 and Steffi 58.50
Steffi qualified 18th in the 100 fly with a new team record of 55.84; Kim qualified 21st in the event with a personal best time of 56.00.
Melissa went 58.90, Dani 58.80, Ali 56.69 and Drew 53.04.
Alexandra Gorki qualified in 2 more NCSA Junior Nationals events: the 200 breaststroke 2:23.08 and the 100 breaststroke (her split time from the 200 breast: 1:06.65).
Jared swam a best time in a 100 free time trials 51.65

Thursday, March 20:

Finals:
Steffi finished 3rd in the consolation final and 11th overall with a time of 28.64L.

Kim won the bonus final and finished 17th overall with a new team record of 28.52L.

Prelims:
Kim Holden broke the team record with a 20th place in the 50 fly (25.72) but Steffi Niessl reclaimed the record 4 heats later!
Steffi qualified 13th in the event with a team record time of 25.52.
Melissa Trail set a new 13-14 team record in the 50 fly with a time of 26.47
Alexandra Gorki made her first NCSA Junior National cut in the 200 IM (2:08.12)

Wednesday, March 19:

Finals:
Kim Holden finished in 11th place in a team record and Summer USA Junior Nationals time of 2:20.26L.

Prelims:
Kim Holden qualified 15th in the 200 back with a personal best time of 2:02.01.
Dani Sims swam the 200 back as a Bonus event and made the NCSA cut in the event 2:06.41
Ali Polhill swam a personal best time in the 200 fly (2:05.96)
Time Trials:
Sammie Cooper swam the 200 fly and qualified for her first NCSA cut with a time of 2:07.02
Swimming to best times in their time trials were
James Karle (100 free - 48.37); Braden Clarke (200 back - 1:57.38); Melissa Trail (100 back - 1:01.42).

Tuesday, March 18:

Kim Holden, Alexandra Gorki, Steffi Niessl and Ali Polhill set new Team and Metro records with a 10th place finish in the 200 yd Medley Relay 1:46.02
