In recent years, the Boys & Girls Club of
Northern Westchester has been considered among the finest Clubs in the nation. It is
autonomously run with its own Board of Directors.
Additionally, the Club is a member agency of the
United Way of Putnam and Westchester Counties.
Mission Statement
The Boys & Girls Club of Northern Westchester is a nonprofit organization located in Mount Kisco, New York, dedicated to the service of all youth through quality programs designed to enhance their lives through education, athletics and social interaction.
The Boys & Girls Club of Northern Westchester is governed by the Board of Directors. Our purpose is to provide supervised recreation, physical instruction, educational programs, cultural programs and social programs for all youth in Northern Westchester County. These programs are delivered by a trained professional staff. When space is available, programs are also provided to other segments of the population, such as adult lap swimming and exercise classes.
Because we are a nonprofit corporation, we strive to keep our fees low so that all youths can participate. For those people who may not be able to afford our fees, scholarship help is available.
As our operating budget is developed each year, we know that the fees we generate from our programs will not allow us to balance our operating budget. This requires us to raise funds in other ways, so that we will operate with a balanced budget.
